Original Post: An 89-year-old northern Wisconsin man believed to have dementia is missing.
Fred James Murphy was last seen Sunday in Phelps with his chocolate lab.
He left his home to pick up pizza for dinner in Iron River, Michigan and never came back.
He was traveling in a blue truck – a 2018 F150 with license plate number 192851.
Murphy is a white man with a gray beard, and was last seen wearing black, white and gray camo pants and a black t-shirt.
