A federal grand jury returned indictments against a Merrill man on child pornography charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin says 40 year old Jason Ridolfi is accused of the crimes.
He faces two counts of using a minor to produce child pornography and one count of transporting child pornography.
If convicted, Ridolfi faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in federal prison on each of the production charges, and a mandatory minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 20 years on the transportation charge.
The charges against Ridolfi are the result of an investigation by the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, and Kenosha Police Department.
