Work on the Eagle River ice castle is now complete.
The final ice blocks were put into place Sunday.
The Eagle River Fire Department leads the construction effort, with the help of many volunteers.
More than 2000 ice blocks were cut from Silver Lake the middle of last week to build the ice castle.
This is the first time the castle has been built since 2022.
Unfavorable weather conditions prevented its construction the last few years.
