The Tomahawk Fire Department hopes to keep the light bulbs in its Holiday wreath green.
Tomahawk will join other fire departments around the country participating in the “Keep the Wreath Green” fire safety campaign.
When the department responds to a residential fire that does damage, a green bulb in the wreath will be replaced with a red one.
It’s to remind people of the danger of fires at home.
The campaign runs through December.
